Inevlo 90-Day Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility Window

Inevlo offers a 90-day refund starting from the date your order is marked as delivered.

To be eligible for a refund request:

  • The request must be submitted within 90 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order number and email used at checkout) must be provided
  • The request must meet the eligibility conditions outlined below

Refund requests submitted after 90 days after delivery are not eligible.

No Returns Policy

Currently, Inevlo does not accept physical returns.

Due to the nature of our fulfillment process and quality control standards, customers are not required to return items to be considered for an eligible refund.

Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be approved in the following situations:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • The incorrect item was received
  • The order was lost in transit and confirmed as undeliverable
  • There is a verified issue that prevents the product from being used as intended

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Orders marked as delivered by the carrier without sufficient evidence of an issue

  • You will receive confirmation once the refund has been processed

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
